Surride offers promotional free shipping for domestic purchases in the US. Orders outside this region are excluded from this promotion. We send all products mainly using sea freight combined with local truck or parcel services; you will be contacted a few days prior to the delivery date to schedule a delivery time. All freight deliveries will require signature by a person over the age of 18.
We offer a 10-day return policy on all bikes. Bikes must be in their original packaging, unused. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. For orders paid with Credit Cards or PayPal, you will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee upon canceling your order. Please note: There is a non-refundable fee of up to 5.9% of your total order on purchases made through payment plans (e.g., Shop Pay Installments). These are the fees charged by the payment processors and does not get refunded to either the seller or buyer.
All bikes include the manufacturer's standard warranty. Please see Refund Policy for additional details.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date. Please check your package carefully upon delivery, as we are unable to approve non-warranty claims past this period.
