Can I ride in the rain?

Yes — Sur-Ron bikes have water-resistant components, but they're not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging the battery or riding in deep water.

Are there any shipping costs?

Surride offers promotional free shipping for domestic purchases in the US. Orders outside this region are excluded from this promotion.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase confirmation. Once processed, orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks. Standard delivery time ranges from 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and carrier logistics. Some addresses that will take a longer time to reach will be informed by email or other means to let you know.

If your order is not shipped within the specified timeframe, you are eligible for a refund.

Do you offer installment or payment plans?
